The light bath is an energetic form of treatment that is primarily about doing something good for oneself.
With the support of energetic products (normally a LANTOS MINI set) and soothing music, a powerful feel-good field is created in which one can meet oneself. Here it is possible to experience the love for oneself and to feel the connection to one’s own Divine Source. Knowledge can be gained from it and new vitality can be created.
An initial treatment can be used as an entry or transformation process. Here an opening is created, a bridge between the subconscious (emotional body) and the consciousness. We recommend a 2nd and 3rd treatment in a 14-day rhythm so that the newly acquired consciousness can be integrated. Afterwards, further light baths are recommended every month in order to maintain the new knowledge.
