I teach a style based on Ashtanga Yoga, a fitness-oriented approach to strength, flexibility, weight loss and stress management. Ashtanga yoga is a special style of yoga. It is considered to be the most intensive, as it consists of different series with several exercises. This is why it is also known as the supreme discipline of yoga.
 
At the same time, there are also calmer sections in the class (warm up and cool down) with integrated vinyasa flow asanas. Many people can concentrate better and calm down through vinyasa yoga. The exercises can also help to prevent or reduce stress and anxiety. No previous knowledge required. Students are introduced to the asanas step by step.
